Bolo de cenoura (carrot cake)

2 xicaras de farinha de trigo (2 cups of flour)
2 colheres de cha de fermento quimico ou bicarbonato de sodio (2 tsp of baking soda)
1/2 colher de cha de sal (1/2 tsp of salt)
1 + 1/2 colher de cha de canela em po (1 + 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder)
4 ovos (4 eggs)
3 xicaras de cenoura ralada (3 cups of grated carrots)
1 xicara de nozes pecan (1 cup of pecan nuts)
1/2 xicara de uvas passas (1/2 cup of raisins)
1 + 1/4 xicara de oleo vegetal (1 + 1/4 cup of vegetable oil)
1 xicara de acucar (1 cup of sugar)
1 xicara de acucar mascavo (1 cup of brown sugar)
extrato de baunilha (vanilla extract)

1 pacote de cream cheese (8 oz of cream cheese)
1/2 xicara de acucar de confeiteiro (1/2 cup of icing sugar)
1/4 xicara de creme amargo (1/4 cup of sour cream)

Cook Time → 60 min
1. Depois que o bolo esfriar, parta ao meio e recheie dentro e por cima.
