Bolo de Milho com Coco of Thyago Mota - Recipefy

1 xic de milho (1 cup of yellow corn)
1 xic de leite de coco (1 cup of coconut milk)
3 ovos (3 eggs)
1/2 xic de margarina (1 stick of butter)
1+1/3 xic de acucar (1+1/3 cup of sugar)
2 xic polenta (2 cups of corn meal)
1/4 xic agua (1/4 cup of water)
3 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesao ralado (3 Tsp of Parmesan cheese)
1 colher de sopa de fermento (1 Tsp of baking powder)

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 45 min

1. Pre-aqueca o forno a 175 graus Celcius (preheat oven to 350F)

2. Unte uma forma de bola com margarina (grease a medium sized cake pan)

3. Misture todos os ingredientes no liquidificador (mix all ingredients in a blender)

4. Leve ao forno por 45m (cook for 45m)
