Brie in filo pastry

A round of Brie, melted butter, a packet of filo pastry and cranberry sauce.

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 5-10 min

1. Brush the melted butter On the oven prove dish

2. Cover top of Brie with cranberry sauce

3. Place single sheet of pastry to cover Brie

4. Brush more butter on pastry

5. Then layer three sheets of pastry brushing each layer with butter

6. Place in very hot oven for about 8 mins or until pastry is golden brown and crispy

7. Serve with crackers
