1 envelope onion soup mix

Cook Time → 180 min

Directions
1. Make early in day or day before*
2. Mix in bowl: duck sauce and onion soup mix
Place brisket in hot bag on cookie sheetA
Add marinade
Close bag with tie provided
Slit small holes into top of bag
Cook 350 degrees for 2 hrs
Let cool
Slice against the grain
Place brisket and sauce in pan
Cook 1 additional hour before serving
