Broiled salmon with herb mustard glaze

2 salmon filets
2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp rosemary finely chopped
3/4 tsp thyme finely chopped
1 TB dry white wine
1 TB olive oil
2 TB dijon mustard
2 TB whole-grain mustard

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 7 min

1. In food processor combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, olive oil, & dijon mustard; pulse for 30 seconds

2. Stir in 1 TB whole-grain mustard

3. Line baking sheet with foil & spray with non-stick spray

4. Broil the salmon for 2 minutes; spoon on sauce

5. Broil and additional 5 minutes
