brownies of Chris Nunns - Recipefy

100g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
125g Plain Chocolate
(Broken into pieces)
250g Butter
325g golden caster sugar
4 eggs beaten
50g Pistachio Nuts roughly chopped
Icing Sugar for dusting

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. METHOD
1)Pre heat oven to gas mark 4
2)Grease and line the base of a baking tin
3)In a small bowl sift together the flour and cocoa powder
4)Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of boiling water, heating gently until the chocolate has melted.
5) Place the sugar in a large glass bowl and pour over the chocolate mixture.
6) Add eggs gradually,beating well,then add flour and cocoa.
7) Stir in the nuts and pour mixture into the prepared tin,bake in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes.
8) Leave to cool,then cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.

2. TEST LIKE A CAKE WITH SKEWER
