1 lb fresh brussel sprouts
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
pistachios, chopped, toasted
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
a few craisins

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Cut brussel sprouts in quarters.

2. Heat a frying pan until crazy hot. Add a tablespoon olive oil and brussel sprouts, and some salt.

3. Allow to really blacken and char on both sides- toss them around. This may take 10 minutes or so.

4. Layer yogurt, sprouts, pistachios, and craisins.
