Bubur Ayam ( Chicken porridge) of Azzrinna Kadri - Recipefy

1 1/2 cup rice (around 250g)
1 1/2 inch pounded ginger
2 scoop or 1 cube chicken bouillon
300g chicken meat / 1/4 chicken
a little salt
1 litre water

* GARNISH *
red pepper
scallions and parsley
a little sesame seed oil

* additional accessories *
fried nuts and anchovies
pickled pepper
salted eggs

1. Boil the chicken meat until its tender. Then separate the meat from the water but don't discard it.

2. Wash the rice, and add it to the pot with water from boiled chicken. Cook the rice until it swells, add water little by little according to the preference of porridge thickness.

3. When the porridge is almost cooked, add ginger, chicken bouillon and a little salt.
Serve porridge with chicken (shreddedto small pieces), fried onion, red pepper and parsley. Sprinkle some sesame oil.
