12 chicken wings (about 4 lbs)
salt
oil for deep frying
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Tabasco brand sauce
1 tablespoon of ketchup

1. Remove tips from wings and discard. Cut remaining wings in half at joints and pat dry with paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt.

2. Pour 2 inches of oil in a deep-fat fryer and heat to 350°F.

3. Fry a few wings at a time for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden on all sides.

4. Drain on paper towels, then place in a large bowl.

5. Melt butter in a small saucepan.

6. Remove from heat and stir in TABASCO® Sauce and ketchup; pour over wings and toss until well coated.

7. Serve hot with MARIE’S® Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing for dipping.

8. To turn up the heat, add a half a teaspoon of TABASCO® Sauce to the dip!
