Caesar Pork Chops and Pasta of Shel - Recipefy

1 cup penne pasta uncooked
2 bone in pork chops (3/4 lb), 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup Kraft Classic Caesar dressing, divided
1/2 cup Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup baby spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt

2. Meanwhile, brush both sides of chops evenly with 2 tablespoons dressing

3. Dip in half the cheese, turning to coat both sides of each chop

4. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until very hot

5. Add chops and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until done (160 degrees F)

6. Remove to plate, cover to keep warm

7. Drain pasta and return to saucepan

8. Add spinach and garlic

9. Cook and stir 1 minute or until spinach is wilted

10. Stir in remaining dressing, cheese and tomatoes, cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through

11. Serve with chops
