Cajun sausage & baked bean pot sw

- 454gm (1lb) Morrisons Eat Smart 60% Less Fat Cumberland sausages (4 Syns)
- Fry Light
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 400gm can chopped tomatoes
- 400gm can baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1tbsp Cajun seasoning
- few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1. Method
1. Fry the sausages in a large frying pan sprayed with Fry Light until browned.
2. Add the onion and fry for a further 2-3 minutes, until browned.
3. Transfer the sausages and onion to a large saucepan and stir in all of the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
