Ingredients for 4 sandwiches
12 slices turkey bacon, cooked
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
4 slices tomato
8 slices bread, toasted
1-2 avocados
4 TBSP Light mayonnaise

Directions
1. Slice the avocado and sprinkle with a little lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.
2. Spread each slice of toast with mayonnaise, about 1 TBSP per sandwich.
3. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and turkey bacon slices.
4. Season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper if desired. Enjoy!
