Pizza dough (300g)
Olive oil
Red onion sliced
Red pepper sliced
Green or yellow pepper sliced
15ml tomato puree
salt and pepper
200g smoked back bacon
250g tallegio cheese sliced (or mozzarella)
milk to glaze

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Heat the oil

2. Add the onions and peppers and fry until tender

3. Remove from the heat and stir in the puree, then season to taste

4. Roll out the dough into a large circle and lay onto a floured baking tray

5. Spoon the onion/pepper mix leaving a 2cm border

6. Add bacon and tallegio

7. Moisten the edge and fold

8. Brush with glaze

9. Bake for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees c

10. Serve with salad
