4 cups roasted almonds
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Roast almonds by baking at 350F for 10-15 min.

2. Boil water, vanilla and 1/2 of sugar in a fry pan.
Stirring constantly and slowly adding rest of sugar as the water evaporates.
When all the water has evaporated and the sugar has dried on the nuts, then it is ready.
