Cantaloupe and peach smoothie

Ingredients for 2 serves
25 ml of Apple Juice or 1/2 an Apple
1/4 of a Cantaloupe melon
2 Peaches
1 Orange
1/2 a Banana
A wedge of lemon

Directions
1. Cut the apples into wedges, put it through a juicer and pour into a blender.
2. Cut the melon flesh into chunks and add into the blender, along with the chopped up peaches (stones removed).
3. Squeeze the juice from your orange.
4. Put everything except the lemon into the blender and "whizz it up".
5. Finish off by stirring in a squeeze of your wedge of lemon.
