Cappuccino ice cream with white chocolate

2 c cream
1 c whole milk
3/4 c sugar (use a bit less)
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp Nescaffe gold
1 tbsp Nescaffe classic
1-2 tbsp whiskey or rum
vanilla
50 g white chocolate shavings

1. 1. Pour milk and cream in a sauce pan. Add coffee and bring to a boil.
2. Mix egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl. When the cream mixture is at the boiling point, slowly pour it over egg yolks, mixing the all time.
3. Pour the mixture back to the pan and cook over medium heat so that it thickens and coats the back of the spoon.
4. Pour it back in to the bowl and leave to cool a bit than add the whiskey, cover with clingfilm and let it cool down in a fridge.
5. Pour the cold custard into the ice cream maker and churn. Before the end add the white chocolate shavings.
