100ml Water
500g Sugar
130g butter

Directions
1. 1. Mix the water and sugar together
2. 2. Clean the sides of the pan with abit of water
3. 3. Bring to the boil, shaking the pan occasionally
4. 4. Once it has turned into a caramel colour add the butter
5. 5. Swirl the butter in, do not use a spoon
6. 6. Once butter has melted take of heat and put base of pan in cold water to stop it from cooking.
