Ingredients
- 175g (6oz) broccoli florets
- 350g (12oz) cauliflower florets
- 295g can Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Mushroom Soup (7 Syns)
- 150ml (¼pt) skimmed milk (2 Syns)
- 140g (5oz) half fat cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
1. Method
1. Boil the vegetables in a little salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to a 1.2lt (2pt) flame-proof dish.
2. In a small pan, whisk the soup, milk and half of the cheese and heat through.
3. Pour sauce over vegetables and top with remaining cheese. Grill until golden.
