Chatpata Chana of Rana Chakrabarti - Recipefy

Sprouted Chana - 250 gm
Boiled Potato, diced - 1 medium sized
Green Chilli - 1 large
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoons
Chopped Onion - 1 medium sized
Tomato - 1 small sized
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp.

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Boil chana with salt and tomato with 3 tbsp. water till soft

2. Cook till water evaporates in vessel

3. Transfer to serving dish

4. Mix in potato, onion, coriander and chili.

5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice.

6. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy !
