Ingredients
- 8oz lentils cooked in ¾ pt of water until soft
- 1 onion, chopped and fried in Fry Light
- 4oz strong Cheddar cheese, grated**
- 1tsp mixed herbs
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 190C / 375F / Gas Mark 5.
2. Combine all of the ingredients and place in a 9” sandwich tin.
3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold cut into wedges.
