Cheesy Bread And Butter Pudding. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

2 oz of butter, softened.
6 slices of bread.
4 eggs, beaten.
11fl oz of milk.
2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard.
1 oz of parmesan cheese, grated.
4 oz of mature chedder cheese grated.
16 cherry tomatos, halved.
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves.

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 40 min min

1. Preheat the oven to 190
Butter the bread, cut into triangles and put in an oven proof dish.
Wisk the eggs, milk and mustard then stir in both the cheese.

2. Pour over the bread.
Arrange the tomates on top.
Scatterwith tyme and bake for 40 min until golden.
