Chicken and veggie stir fry recipe
Recipe by4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets, thinly sliced into peices
2 fresh red pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, chopped into bite size.
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 ginger spice
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 chopped green scallions
1 vegetable oil
1. 1. In a high skillet pan, add vegetable oil with high heat.
2. 2.Add chicken, cook through.
3. 3.In a cup, add water. And add the soy sauce in the water: and the oyster sauce. Mix together, set aside.
4. 4.chop garlic;
5. 5.When chicken is done, take out, add more vegetable oil, and add veggies. Cook: add chicken back in, and garlic too. Sprinkle ginger, mix.
6. 6.Add soy sauce, mix and stir: and chop and add scallions.
