Chicken and veggie tortellini soup (slow cooker)

2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 lb boneless chicken thighs
1 Can (19oz) cannelli beans - drained
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (14oz) chicken broth
2 cups water
1 pckg (9oz) frozen tortellini
1 cup packed fresh spinach
1 tsp dried basil
2 medium green onions - chopped
2 tablespoons grated parm cheese
1. Layer chicken, carrots, garlic, and beans in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is no longer pink
About 20 minutes before serving, stir in tortellini, spinach, onions, and basil. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle individual servings with parm cheese.
