Chicken ball rice (japanese)
Recipe byINGREDIENT FOR CHICKEN BALLS Chicken keema 100 gm, Soy sauce 2 tbsp, Salt to taste, Ginger paste 1 tbsp, Chopped leek ½ cup, Plain flour 2 /3 cups.
INGREDIENT FOR RICE
Japanese rice 2 cups, Dashi mixture 3 tbsp, Soy sauce 2 tbsp, Ginger strips ½ cup, Olive oil 2 tbsp, Salt to taste.
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. PROCESS FOR CHICKEN BALLS
2. • Mix chicken keema with other ingredients and make small balls
• Boil water in a sauce pan, cook the balls and remove from the water, keep the stock
3. PROCESS FOR RICE
4. • Heat oil, add ginger strips and rice
• Mix well and add soy sauce and salt
• Add dashi mixture and chicken stock 2 cups
• Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
• Add chicken balls and serve
