Chicken crunch
Recipe by10 chicken tenders tenders should be small, ~1oz each
2 cups Captain Crunch
1 egg
1 cup milk
1⁄2 tablespoon onion powder
1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Crush Captain Crunch (put it in a plastic bag and smash it with a big spoon) and put it in a medium bowl
3. Stir in seasonings (onion, garlic, pepper)
4. Mix the egg with milk in a small bowl
5. Dip a chicken piece into the egg/milk mix and shake off excess
6. Roll chicken around in breading mixture, coating it evenly and well (it helps to use one hand for dipping and a different hand for breading)
7. Grease pan and arrange coated chicken tenders
8. Bake for 20 minutes
