4 chicken breast, pounded thinly
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. Take a big skillet, and add olive oil medium- high heat.

2. 2.On plate with chicken breast, season with salt & pepper; both sides.

3. 3.Also on the flour plate, and egg yolk bowl, season with salt and pepper.

4. 4.Mix flour together, and whisk eggs in egg bowl.

5. 5.In a measuring cup with the white wine, pour in chicken stock, & lemon juice.
set aside

6. 6. Take chicken breast, dredge it in flour: then you dip it in egg yolk bowl, and you put in hot skillet pan.

7. 7.Let cook 3 mins on each side.

8. 8.When done, take chicken out and put on plate; set aside.

9. 9.In same skillet, add the white wine chicken mixture. Add butter, and parsley.

10. 10.Let cook till it reduces and thickens.

11. 11. Add chicken back in; A min on each side.

12. 12.Put on back on plate, and pour sauce over it.
