- 57gm (2oz) wholemeal bread**
- 57gm (2oz) Philadelphia Light with Chives (4 Syns)
- 238g pack mini chicken breast fillets - approx. 8 fillets
- Fry Light
- green salad, to serve
1. Method
1. Place the bread in a food processor and process to make into fine breadcrumbs.
2. Spread the Philadelphia evenly over the surface of the chicken and then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Place onto a baking tray sprayed with Fry Light and cook in a preheated oven, Gas Mark 6, 200C for 15-20 minutes until golden and the chicken is firm to the touch.
4. Serve with a green salad.
