Ingredients
- Fry Light
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10ml (2tsp) each ground cumin and ground coriander
- 295gm can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Rice Soup (14 Syns)
- 15ml (1tbsp) mango chutney (2 Syns)
- 200ml (7 fl.oz) water

1. Method
1. Heat a large pan sprayed with Fry Light & stir-fry the chicken and the onion for five minutes. Add the spices and stir-fry for 1 minute.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve with rice, remembering to count the extra Syns accordingly.
