Ingredients
- Fry Light
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 295gm can Campbell’s Condensed Chicken & White Wine Soup (14 Syns)
- 200ml (7 fl.oz) skimmed milk (3 Syns)
- 100gm (3¼ oz) mushrooms, sliced

1. Method
1. Heat a large pan sprayed with Fry Light & stir-fry the chicken for 10 minutes or until brown on both sides.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve with rice and fresh vegetables, remembering to count the extra Syns accordingly.
