Chicken pad ka prao
Recipe by2 chicken breasts (250-300g of any meat, chicken or pork best)
4 tablespoons dark, sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
4 large garlic cloves
4 birds eye chillies
Veg (2 carrots, or 1 carrot, 5 mushrooms)
1 large onion
Thai holy basil leaves
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Marinade everything in the sauce mixture, apart from the onion and basil leaves for > 1h
2. Heat oil and stir fry chopped onion
3. When softened, add chicken/veg sauce mix
4. Stir fry and until cooked
5. Turn off heat, stir in ripped up basil leaves
