Chicken paprika sw

- Fry Light
- 454gm (1lb) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1tbsp Paprika
- 1tbsp cornflour (3½ Syns)
- 1 x chicken stock cube, made up to ½pt (1 Syn)
- 2tbsp tomato puree (1 Syn)
- salt and pepper, to taste
1. Method
1. Heat a frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and fry the chicken and onion for 4-5 minutes. Add the red pepper and paprika and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Blend the cornflour with the stock and tomato puree and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
