Chicken pasta soup
Recipe bywhole chicken ( skin off! ) , chilli flakes, half a pack of penne pasta, a bag of celery hearts, 5 carrots, and 1 large onion ( diced ) , some chicken stock instead of salt
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 55 min
1. 1. Boil the chicken in a large pot
2. 2. Cut the celery and peel and chop the carrots
3. 3. Dice the onions ( would be good to chew some gum so the eyes dont water much )
4. 4. Remove the carcass. ( tip : quicker if you use a sieve )
5. 5. Add the chopped vegetables and onions
6. 6. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and add a stock cube for taste
7. 7. Add the penne pasta, wait 15 minutes and ...
8. 8. Garnish with coriander
9. 8. VOILA
