Chicken that makes its own gravy

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour

Sauce
2/3 cup evaporated milk
10oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup grated cheese

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 70 min

1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Melt butter in 13x9 baking sheet

3. Coat chicken in flour and bake uncovered 30 mins

4. Turn and bake another 15-20 mins

5. Pour off excess fat. Reduce oven to 325F

6. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.

7. Cover and bake 15-20 mins.
