Ingredients for 4 People
1 small onion, finely chopped.
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
6 cooked chicken breasts, chopped.
425g jar of tikka masala sauce.
4fl oz of single cream.
Fresh coriander leaves and sliced red and green chillies, to garnish.

Directions
1. Fry the onion in the oil for 2 min to soften.
Add the chicken and the tikka masala sauce and cook over a high heat for
4-5 min, stirring often.
2. Remove from the heat and drizzle over the cream.
Serve sprinkled with the coriander and sliced chilles.
