Chicken wraps
Recipe by4 chicken Breasts, 2 little gem lettuce, mushrooms, can of sweetcorn, smokey BBQ sauce, long grain white rice, tortilla white wraps
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 40 min
1. cut up chicken breasts and fry them either in a frying pan or a griddle pan to brown off. Frying them in a griddle pan gives them a char-grill taste.
2. Slice mushrooms and fry the mushrooms.
3. cook rice in a pan of boiling water for approximatly 18-20 mins.
4. cook sweetcorn in a pan for approx 10mins.
5. Chop up the little gem lettuce
6. once all ingredents have cooked with the tortilla wraps dry fry them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes just to warm wraps up been careful not to burn them.
7. take a wrap and put in the middle chicken, lettuce, mushrooms, rice, sweetcorn, and BBQ sauce and wrap the tortilla.
8. Doing this you can make six wraps altogether.
9. Serve with Chips on the side.
