Chilly chicken

Boneless / or with bone chicken
Eggs
Corn starch/ flour
Soy sauce
Chilly sauce
Vinegar
Onions
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Chilly garlic sauce( Chinese)

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
Add everything except green chillies and onions.
Cut the onions in big chunks and separate the layers.
Heat oil add chicken masala mix. Cook both sides of chicken on high heat , till kind of blackened. Take it out in a bowl.
Heat oil add onions and chopped green chillies ( skip for kids)
Add cooked chicken .
Add more ketchup and soy sauce, chilly garlic sauce
and bit of vinegar. Stir and remove from heat immediately.

2. Eat with rice or fried rice.
