Ingredients
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 shredded carrot
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 package Ramen noodles, oriental flavor
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soya sauce
Ramen flavor packet
Easy
Directions
1. Chop cabbage, carrot and onion as for cole slaw.
2. Mix the last 7 ingredients to make the dressing, add to slaw mixture.
3. Crumble the raw noodles, add noodles, seeds and almonds just before serving.
4. (Can substitute bagged coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw.)
