Chocolate brownies

1. 1.Get all your ingredients ready.

2. 2.Weigh out butter,soften in the microwave if neede for 10-15 seconds.

3. 3.Weigh out caster sugar, add to soft butter,mix to a cream with wooden spoon in a glass bowl.

4. 4.mix in eggs one by one and fold into cream mixture.

5. 5.Weigh flour, sieve into mixture gradually, until smooth.

6. 6.Add cocoa powder and chocolate.

7. 7.Transfer to grease proof baking tray.

8. 8.Cook in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes at gas mark 4 or 180 celsius.

9. 9.Test with knife in middle to see if cooked.
