Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
COOKIES RECIPE
100g 4oz Margarine
75g 3oz soft light brown sugar
2x15ml 2tbsp Syrup
175g 6oz Self Raising flour
100g 4oz choc chips or fruit etc
2x5ml 2tsp Milk
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 8-10 min

Directions
1. METHOD
1) Heat oven to gas mark 4. Grease two baking trays
2) Beat the Magarine until soft, add sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.
3) Stir in the Syrup,Flour and Choc chips and mix in well.
4) Place spoonfuls of the mixture on the prepared trays and Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5) Remove from the tray immediately and place on a wire rack to cool.
