Chocolate chip muffins

1. preheat oven at 200-210c
have 18 pepper cases on a muffin tray
place flour in a large bowl,rub in cold butter.
stir in sugar.
place buttermilk,egg,and chocolate bits all together
and mix until just combined together ;do not over-mix it as its not a cake
then put in the cases
cook in a hot oven for about 20minutes..
have a look at them in 17minutes with a tooth pick if clear take them out
