Chocolate cream pie

This is an awesome pie recipe and won a pie contest at church. 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. flour 2 cup milk 1 cup Pet milk 6 Tbsp. cocoa 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten 5 Tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 deep dish pie crust, baked

1. Combine dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Gradually stir in milk and Pet milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat. Slowly stir a small amount of chocolate mixture into egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture, boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and blend in butter and vanilla. Cool and pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue and bake at 350 til golden brown: 4 egg whites 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 cup sugar Beat at high speed til light and fluffy. Gradually add cream of tartar and sugar.
