Directions
1. Half fill a deep, microwave safe soup bowl with milk, add the oats untill there is a resistance when stirred. Add a generous pinch of salt.
2. Place the bowl in the microwave on full power for one and a half minutes, remove and add the coco powder, stir well. Return to the microwave for a further one and a half minutes.
3. Thats it. Add milk and golden syrup to taste. Eat and enjoy!!!!
