1 cup evaporated milk

1. Melt butter in sauce pan
2. Add sugar and cocoa
3. Gradually add milk
4. Bring to boil over medium heat
5. Simmer for 5 minutes
6. Serve over vanilla ice cream or use as a fondue dip
