2/3 cup heavy cream
12 oz 60% chocolate
1 Tbsp butter

Directions
1. Simmer cream
Pour over chocolate
Add butter
Whisk ingredients together
Cool for 1.5-2 hrs in fridge
Form into truffles
2. Toast hazelnuts in oven at 350 for 10 min, chop, and roll truffles in them
