1 Large or 2 small Swiss Roll
150g Icing Sugar
50g Cocoa Powder
200g Soft Butter
decorations

Prep. Time → 60-90 min

1. 1. Arrange swiss roll onto your plate

2. 2. Place icing sugar & cocoa powder into mixing bowl

3. 3. Mix together with a mixing spoon

4. 4. Add soft butter & mix until you have created a smooth chocolate butter icing

5. 5. Using a knife or palette knife smooth mixture over your swiss roll. You can use a fork to create a textured appearance if you wish

6. 6. Add your decorations
