Chorizo pilaf

Chorizo (!)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, thin sliced
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 sliced red chilli
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
400g basmati rice
1 litre chicken stock
fresh parsley

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil, cook chirizo for 2 to 3 mins, remove from pan.
heat remaining oil, cook onions chilli garlic paprika and cumin.
pour and rice and stir, add the stock, then the chorizo.
bring to the boil, simmer for 10 mins, then serve - add parsley to taste.
