Ingredients for 30-40 truffles
150g butter at room tempreture
3.5floz sugared, condensed milk
250g pure chocolate, melted
300-500g chocolate, at the correct tempering tempreture
cocoa powder
Prep. Time → 30 min
Cook Time → until hardend min

Directions
1. 1. Mix the butter with the milk in a bowl
2. 2. add the melted chocolate. Whisk everything well and then put the mixture in a piping bag.
3. 3. form truffles on greaseproof paper and let them stiffen in the fridge
4. 4. immerse the truffles in the blended chocolate and then roll them through the cocoa powder
5. 5. ENJOY!!
