Clam chowder

Ingredients
2 cans clam pieces
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 pint half and half
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint milk
3/4 cup flour
Directions
1. Place all vegetables in a pan with clam juice and enough water to completely cover them.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer till all vegetables are tender.
3. Melt butter and add flour in skillet.
4. Add half and half and milk and cook until thick.
5. Add clams and salt to vegetables.
6. Mix in sauce. Serve Hot
