Ingredients for 18 clams
18 fresh clams
1/3 cups chopped green onions
1/4 cups chopped parsley
1 meduim cloved garlic(minced)
1 tsp basil crushed
1/3 cups butter
1 cup coarse dried bread crumbs
1/4 cups proscuitto
2 Tbl. olive oil
1 cup shredded cheese (nokkelost)
Prep. Time → 30 min
Cook Time → 5 min

Directions
1. Open and remove clam from shell.
2. Save 1/2 of the clam shells.
3. Chop clams and put into sauce pan.
4. Combine clams, green onions, parsley, garlic, basil and butter; cook several minutes.
5. Add bread crumbs, proscuitto and oil.
6. Stuff clams.
7. Put under hot broiler for one minute.
