540gr Azúcar
435gr Cacao en polvo
15ud Hojas de gelatina

Directions
1. 1 calentar nata, azucar, y cacao.
2. 2 atemperar y agregar las hojas previamente hidratadas
3. 3 poner en un baño a 40cº
